First Visit, definitely not the last!

This was our first visit to Benidorm & so glad that we picked the H10! We were warmly welcomed on arrival by the staff on reception and offered a glass of fizz. Have to say that every member of staff that we spoke to were so friendly and nothing was any trouble. We stayed in a sea view room on the 6th floor which was very modern and spotless clean with a great shower & a very comfy bed. Spent our daytimes on the 5th floor terrace enjoying the chilled out vibe, with great views out to sea. Never had any issues getting a lounger whatever time of day we turned up. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice from continental to fully cooked & omelet’s, bacon and eggs cooked fresh as required. Location was perfect for us, minutes from the old town, right across the road from the beach & bars and restaurants right on the doorstep. Really could not fault anything with our stay and would have no hesitation in returning at anytime. Amazing!

From entering the hotel,to the rooms & staff I cannot fault it, its beautiful. The food is good, covers for everyone, you have to buy own drinks separately, coffee & tea & juices at breakfast included.

This hotel is perfect, this was our second stay, we stayed here last year too.The staff were again very friendly and helpful. Junior suite with sea view was absolutely fantastic. Could not fault the food. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you.
