“Good location and cleanliness, but poor soundproofing”

The hotel is well located, with easy access to public transport, making it convenient to get around the city. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The main downside was the poor soundproofing. We could clearly hear conversations from neighboring rooms, sometimes even understanding individual words. This affected the comfort and privacy of our stay. Overall, a good option in terms of location and cleanliness, but the sound insulation definitely needs improvement.

“Wonderful staff wonderful hotel”

My wife left her iPad in the hotel and the staff were so helpful, they packaged the iPad and had it ready for the courier. Victoria was really helpful.

“A nice trip”

The hotel was around a twenty min walk into the city, It was fine going out but I would not like to do it late at night as there were some areas with very few people about, but having said that it was only 6 euro in a cab back from the main part of Alicante. Rooms were adequate, with a decent bathroom. The bar area was nice and the majority of the staff were helpful and friendly. I would stay again if travelling on a budget.

“Rude, disgusting staff with massive attitudes”

Extremely rude staff whom demanded a 150.00 euro deposit after I booked the room online. When I would NOT leave my debit card with them. they refused me the room, to which, now I'm struggling to get my money back from them. They also left me without a room, with my bags, on the streets of Alicante! Outrageous. Never again will I deal with Travelodge, anywhere in the world! Very unethical company. Moreover, I stayed in a hotel 1000 times better than this the night before and they welcomed me with open arms and DID NOT DEMAND 150.00 euros from me, on my arrival.
