Arguineguín Park, a brand new holiday home development, open in October 2019. It comprises a total of 263 two and three-bedroom apartments, all of them fully furnished and with all the services and facilities you need to enjoy a fantastic stay in Gran Canaria. Arguineguín Park is the ideal choice for long stays and the best option if you want to enjoy one of the best climates in the world.

Arguineguín Park is located in the south of Gran Canaria, in Arguineguín, where it is sunny almost 365 days a year, with an average temperature of 23ºC (73ºF).

The apartments are located in a quiet residential area just a 10-minute walk from Las Marañuelas Beach, the main beach in Arguineguín. It is also very close to Anfi del Mar and Patalavaca, two tourist areas which offer complete services: supermarkets, restaurants, bars, beaches, etc.

The apartments are distributed over 14 five-storey buildings surrounded by communal garden areas, two swimming pools, a pool bar and a children's swimming pool.

The residential area also has underground parking, a supermarket and a restaurant.

For its construction and decoration, only materials of the highest quality were used. The apartments are large and spacious and offer everything you need to feel at home. They also include large terraces so you can enjoy the open air.

**Dogs with maximum 5 kg are allowed. Extra cost of 10€/ day. (1 dog per room) They have the use of facilities limited exclusively to apartments.

Please note that in the months of July and August, due to high occupancy, for reservations of less than 5 days, the parking price per vehicle is €8/night.

The Hotel offer a cycling corner for an extra cost (25€ per bike and stay) and can be booked at reception. Opening hours are from 07:00 – 21:00.
