If you’re feeling energetic there are numerous hiking trails to choose from, allowing you to explore this stunning area. Keep an eye out for the birds of prey and the barbary ground squirrels. If you work up an appetite then pop into the cheesemaking museum on the way back. After learning how it’s made, you’ll get to sample different varieties of the Majorero goats cheese.
