“TIV”

Quite simply one of the nicest hotels i have ever stayed in! Perfect ambiance - classy without being pretentious. Beautiful terrace on first floor to enjoy a drink whilst taking in the spectacular views. Room had all amenities required for a relaxing stay including robes and slippers. Tea and coffee making facilities would have been welcomed within the room. Only complaint was sunbeds on the private beach were taken away a couple of days into the trip whilst weather was still sufficient and feel guests should be advised of these dates at time of booking. Breakfast very good with plenty of choice. The walk along the bay to Porto Montenegro is stunning. The hotel is absolutely immaculate.

“Methane in room hotel parma!”

Lovely hotel..but a najor concern was the air conditioning failure!we had 5th floor with opening balcony thank god..air conditioning failed and guy came in to fix it..the sensors on the doors had failed causing air con to trip out..so he bypassed with hotel computer set at 24 degrees. Luckily we left the balcong doors open..woke up in the morning been violently ill and my partner. The vent somehow was pumping in methane from raw sewage..phoned up reception guy came up ran out and turned it off we asked for another room but was told there was not one spare..no apologies..nothing..was ill for next 3 days..asked to be moved again and they wanted to give us a tiny room..we refused and they denied there was any smell..i firmly believe we would not have woken up if those doors had been shut..!would have been gassed..!.shocking response and sullen people. Would never go back. Writing this to make people aware of the fault in the system. !this is serious stuff !..i work in tunnelling and have experieced this before with gas and its very dangerous!.these people are either ignorant or stupid. Couldnt even complain to the manager..be aware!

“would go back in a heart beat”

Amazing view from balcony was a nice touch, staff are so friendly and cheery. really clean and well kept hotel. Marco was mainly our waiter he was super helpful throughout our stay as were all staff. Food was nice and decent portions. Beach was fantastic and everything within in a couple of minutes around the bay so not too noisy at night.

“Fabulous hotel and surroundings”

Absolutely fantastic. Helpful friendly staff. Lovely breakfasts with large selection of items to choose. Great lounge bar on first floor with sea views. We had a junior suite which was lovely. Bathroom small but had everything needed. Eventually figured out how to open all shutters to get the best sea views, the door without a handle has a slider at the top to release the door. Cannot fault this place. Great value to top it all. Cannot recommend enough - go there!!
