“Bad hotel with daily noise disturbances until 2 a.m.”
Extremely loud every night until 2 a.m. (due to the party restaurant next door). The hotel cannot do anything about it. CAUTION: The hotel makes guests sign something at check-in so that the guests can no longer complain!!!! What a SCAM Bad, monotonous breakfast. Air conditioning also did not cool properly. Unfriendly Russian staff there!!!! 👎🏻 All complaints were rejected in an unfriendly manner. I had not received a refund. What a SCAM Constant lighting (even at night) of balconies prevents privacy I left the hotel without checking out to look for something better, but to keep the option of using the room during the day open for myself. But then you sold my room to other people. I went into my room and it was occupied by other guests!

“Nice hotel at a reasonable price”
Hotel is modern. We had a Junior Suite with sea view. The room was nice and big. The safe did not work, technician unfortunately did not come. Table was already pretty worn out. Unfortunately there is no trash can in the room. Balcony overlooking the sea and mountains was awesome. Bed was comfortable. The sofa bed, too. Bath was also very big. Shower already slightly rusty and the shower did not close properly. Cleaning is expandable. Vacuum cleaner could be used more. Still had sand in the room after cleaning. It was repacked every day shower gel. Pool was already closed as well as gym and roof terrace. It's a shame. Would have liked to take a look at the surroundings from the top. Breakfast has been so lala. 3 varieties of fruit. Same thing every day. No rolls, yogurt or curd. So a little more variety would have been great.Just toast was there every day. Kitchen Fairy was very unfriendly. Always looked at us very nasty and annoyed. For this, the girls at the reception were always very friendly and helpful.

Found this little gem by chance... and by far the best hotel we stayed in on our entire driving trip to the Balkans.... brand new, well kept, large rooms with full sea view.... and excellent personalized service .... at a very affordable price in a great location Top 5 star experience in terms of value for money

“Просто ужасно”
В начале о плюсах: отель новый, красивый. Приятный прохладный бассейн. Хороший бар-ресторан по соседству. Минусы: Парковка по факту отсутствует, хотя заявлена. На жаре пришлось бежать на ресепшн, предложили заблокировать другую машину и потом меня позвать когда в районе найдётся новое место. Попросил установить чайник, так как ездил с 1,5 летним ребенком. Сказали, что я всегда могу ходить в ресторан отеля (где сервируют завтрак), набирать там кружку кипятка и нести в номер. Меня это устроило. По факту в первый же вечер пошёл в ресторан. Он оказался закрыт. На ресепшене сказали, чтобы я шёл в соседнее кафе и сам просил кипяток там... отличный сервис для отеля 4*. На второй день не пришла уборка (хотя часов 5-6 горела лампа Room Service). Так как мусорное ведро маленькое, оно быстро заполнилось (родители маленьких детей меня поймут), появился не очень приятный запах. Позвонил на ресепшн, попросил вынести мусор. Пришли, с недовольным видом забрали мусор и сказали, чтобы в будущем я его складировал на балконе - космос. Ну и, конечно, частный (как говорят в отеле private) пляж. Лежаки, зонты и пр. - к этому вопросов нет. Но дорога к нему! Там всего 200 м, но последние 30 их них это просто постсоветский ужас какой-то. В первый день мы пошли еще и с коляской, наивные. Лестница без пандуса (ну ок, терпимо). А потом какая-то лужа со сливной трубой, свалкой и битыми стёклами на раскалённой гальке (фото прикладываю). "Отличный" private, классный сервис для 4*. Неужели нельзя сделать деревянный помост для людей? Отношение просто как к "стаду", "и так пройдут". Главное делов-то на один день и несколько сотен евро. Из-за этого наше хождение к морю практически прекратилось, благо, что останавливались всего на 3 ночи. Хотя в абсолютной стоимости отель дешевый, но в рамках Сутоморе один из самых дорогих (если не самый). В общем уверенное "нет" отелю в будущем.

Very clean,good decoration,very nice view from balcony and the crew was so kind to serve you. It was definitely the best Hotel of all in town.Don' t forget to taste the pizza with black flour,the pizzeria is under the hotel.
