“Ok for a short stay”
Good location. Next to the shopping mall. Walking distance from old city Breakfast was awful. The food was always cold. The room was big and clean.

“Decent stay”
Hotel is right next to the TQ mall, and very near walking distance to the old town. The room is good. Breakfast however js not really that impressive . Still a decent stay.

“Average”
Rooms are nice spacious. Sadly breakfast was terrible staff are polite at reception. We ask to change rooms as it was very nosy. Lady at reception helped us and changed our room. The hotel manager was not happy that she helped us as when she handed over the new key he looked annoyed with her and said something to her his face looked angry. Room when we arrived had one coffee sache and tea. We asked for more as we are two people staying in one room they said we don't give out tea and coffee. This is the first time I have been to a hotel that doesn't provide tea and coffee in rooms. Overall hotel rooms are nice but I won't be returning

“Avoid at all cost”
Avoid at all costs! Hotel in middle of major building works. Builders start work at 6 am so forget any thought of leisurely lie ins! Pool area small and nice but because of building works you cannot have a conversation when sitting there. Room was lovely but could not use balcony because of the constant noise. Have to exit and enter hotel via shopping centre (when open). All roads surrounding hotel very dangerous, health and safety does not exit in the area. Hotel offered us 20% compensation but then withdrew offer. Whilst building work is not hotel’s fault we were not advised that we would be staying in a war zone like area. Had we been advised we would stayed elsewhere. Booking.com not interested in our ruined holiday either. If you want a peaceful holiday avoid this hotel at all costs, you have been advised. Unfortunately we were not. Thanks Plaza and Booking.com for nothing!!
