Sands Suites Resort and Spa is located in front of a 250 m long white sandy beach and surrounded by tropical gardens, with views across the lagoon and the bay of Tamarin. The hotel is also situated in Wolmar beach, 5,5 km to the village of Flic en Flac and 25 km to Port Louis, the capital of the Island. There is a golf course 5 km away and the airport is approximately 65 km from the property.
