This exquisite 4 star hotel is discreetly ensconced within a natural reserve, offering a breathtaking backdrop of the island's unspoiled lagoon and vibrant coral reef.

There’s a wide range of amenities at this family-friendly hotel, including a kids club (for ages 3-12) and family rooms, ensuring a comfortable stay for both adults and children. Plus, there’s multiple swimming pools to choose from. As well as the main pool area, there’s a dedicated water slide pool for the kids and a peaceful Adult Only option.

The onsite Navasana Spa offers a serene escape, open daily from 11:30am to 8:00pm. It boasts 12 treatment rooms, as well as a seaside beach kiosk. You can enjoy complimentary access to the sauna and hammam (reservation required). And if that wasn't enough there's a refreshing cold plunge pool and a solarium with a relaxation pool. Yoga and meditation sessions are held twice weekly.

Outrigger Mauritius Beach Resort offers an array of activities available for no extra cost. Nature admirers can embark on an exciting glass bottom boat trip, or a snorkelling experience to explore the stunning marine life. Watersport enthusiasts can also partake in kayaking, paddle boating or stand-up paddleboarding on the crystal-clear waters. Sporty guests can choose between tennis, beach volleyball, ping pong and bocce.

Further experiences can be booked through the hotel for a surcharge. The active options you can choose from include sailing lessons, kite surfing, deep-sea fishing, catamaran excursions, speed boat tours, dolphin tours, scuba diving, quad biking and organised hikes. If you’re looking to explore the local surroundings at your own pace e-bikes can be rented.

When it’s time to eat, choose from the five dining options. Mercado is open from breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a themed evening buffet. The lunch option is a la carte on weekdays and a buffet at weekends. Edgewater offers Mediterranean cuisine and seafood for both lunch and dinner. The Le Bleu beachside bar offers pizzas, paninis, burgers, salads and more between 12pm and 5pm. If you’d like to sample a variety of the local foods visit Roubens where you can choose six tapas style dishes (four savoury and two desserts).

If you book an upgraded option you can make your breakfast selection from the Mauritian and Creole options at the Plantation Club - it’s a hybrid buffet/a la carte service. The restaurant reopens for all guests for dinner from Monday to Saturday.

Full menus for all the restaurants will be available on the designated resort app. And if you get peckish in the night you’ll be pleased to know room service is available 24/7. Note that lobster and premium steak options incur a surcharge, whichever meal plan you’re on.

Outrigger Mauritius Beach Resort has 181 rooms, including ocean view and beachfront options. Family rooms can cater for up to six. If you book a junior suite you’ll benefit from complimentary access to the Plantation Club. All types include air conditioning and a separate bathtub and shower. There's also tea and coffee-making facilities, complimentary Wi-Fi, and daily housekeeping service. Crib and mini bar services are available upon request.
