“Great rooms and great location to experience Valletta and Malta.”
1926 La Parisot Valletta is a wonderful boutique hotel that offers a personal and intimate experience, with only a small number of guests. Its sensational location makes it an ideal base for exploring Valletta, with so much of the city within easy reach. The staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely caring, going out of their way to make our stay memorable from start to finish. We stayed in the Penthouse Suite, which was a great-sized room with a sensational view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend 1926 La Parisot to anyone looking for a special boutique experience in the heart of Valletta. As Valletta is a lively, historic city, guests should note that the nearby bells begin ringing around 7:45 am. There may also be some daytime noise from the renovation work on the cathedral next door, although it did not detract from the overall enjoyment of our stay.

“Perfect in every respect”
The location was perfect being only minutes from the harbour, main attractions and restaurants in Valetta. Especially In the hot weather as we could return to cool down between places of interest as the air con was so effective. The room was spotless, comfortable and provided everything the 3 of us could possibly want including a complimentary bottle of wine as well as water, coffee and tea which was replenished and the use of molten brown toiletries. Imran and his team were exceptionally good in looking after us - nothing was too much to ask; they were very friendly and competent and so willing to go the extra mile for us without hesitation. We cannot thank or recommend them enough. Being able to leave our luggage both hours before and after our check in and out times was brilliant and a game changer, meaning staying here meant we could make full use of all our available time in Valetta. If we returned we would undoubtedly stay here again and recommend it without hesitation. Huge thanks again to all the staff, including those who responded so quickly to my queries when I was booking initially.

“Absolutely unacceptable. We were locked out of our hotel late at night in a foreign country”
Absolutely unacceptable. We were locked out of our hotel late at night in a foreign country! I have traveled extensively all over the world and have never felt compelled to leave a review like this. Unfortunately, this experience was so unacceptable that I feel future travelers deserve to know what happened. After returning to 1926 Le Parisot one evening, my friend and I discovered that we had never been sent the access codes required to enter the property after hours. We were left standing outside a locked hotel in Valletta late at night with absolutely no way to get inside. We immediately began calling the hotel's emergency number. We called at least five times. Each time we were either placed on hold, disconnected, or simply never helped. No one ever called us back. No one took ownership of the situation. No one made any effort to ensure that two paying guests could actually access the hotel they had booked. The call log speaks for itself. The most frightening part was that we were two young women traveling alone in a foreign country, standing outside a locked building close to midnight with nowhere to go. We had already paid for our accommodation, yet we genuinely had no idea how or if we were ever going to get into the building. The only reason we eventually got inside was because another guest happened to return to the hotel and was kind enough to let us in using the access code that the hotel had failed to provide us! Had that guest not arrived when they did, I honestly don't think we ever would have gotten inside until the morning. After investigating, the hotel admitted that they failed to send us the required access codes and acknowledged that this was an internal oversight. However, they completely missed the larger issue. The real failure wasn't simply forgetting to send a code it was abandoning paying guests after the mistake had already occurred. We repeatedly asked for help via calling AND sending messages via whatsapp and emails, and no one came. The hotel offered to refund only one night while refusing to accept responsibility for the overall experience, later claiming they found "no grounds to accept liability." A hotel's most basic responsibility is to ensure that paying guests can safely access their accommodation and receive assistance when something goes wrong. In our case, they failed on both counts. I sincerely hope this never happens to another guest, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying here.

“Great apartments with a lovely rooftop located conveniently located in the heart of Valetta.”
We had a lovely holiday in Malta. The hotel was comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Any small issues or requests have been seamlessly resolved by Neil Debono, the manager. All of the staff looked after us very well. If you are checking in at the weekend or after 5pm there is an entry system and you will be given a code over the intercom for the front door and the apartment, so don't worry if your info didn't arrive especially if you booked not directly with the hotel. Highly recommended!

“Charming little Boutique Hotel in the heart of Valletta”
Our stay at Le Parisot Boutique Hotel was everything we hoped for and more. A charming boutique hotel in the heart of Malta and the perfect base for exploring Valletta — everything is within short walking distance. As huge rooftop bar fans, we were surprised that our penthouse suite actually had an even better view than one of the rooftop bars we visited. We celebrated our wedding anniversary there, and honestly, we couldn’t have found a more charming place for the occasion. The staff were incredibly thoughtful and kind, treating us with complimentary wine, bubbles, and beautiful swan towel decorations 🦢 that made the stay feel extra special. Despite being next to a church, the bells were not that noticeable. Definitely recommend this place if you appreciate something intimate, personal, and full of charm.
