“Quiet comfortable hotel”
Very comfortable hotel with plenty of facilities. Close to everything St Julien has to offer but rooms were very quiet. Definitely look forward to staying there again. We ate in the restaurant and enjoyed a great meal. Breakfast offered a wide choice of food

“Lovely hotel, beautiful getaway”
We stayed at the Hyatt Regency for 7 nights in the last week of October. Having ordered a Bolt taxi from the airport we were warmly welcomed at the hotel reception that evening and given 2 vouchers for a complimentary glass of prosecco. Our room, on the sixth floor was very comfortable and had everything we needed, air-conditioning, a large comfortable bed/pillows, hairdryer, coffee machine/kettle, robes/slippers. The beds were made daily and towels changed if we wished. The only negative would be the leaky shower - it was a huge, fabulous shower but the seal around the door/tray meant we used several towels each day to soak up pools of water (luckily dry replacement towels were provided each day). It didn't spoil our stay in any way. Water dispensers on each floor and a carafe in the room meant we always had drinking/kettle water, and tea/coffee supplies were replenished daily. We ate at the hotel 3 times in the evening - the food was good, and staff attentive. We also ordered snacks and drinks at the rooftop pool one day, also good. And breakfast each day was very good, a really wide selection - it kept us going most of the day! The rooftop pool was lovely, having been blessed with some sunny days we enjoyed sitting up there a couple of times over the week, and on a cloudy day we used the indoor pool. We'd have booked the spa but found the price a little high so can't comment on the treatments. Instead we spent our money on Bolts whenever buses were delayed or to cut down on travel times (traffic in Malta is heavy!) so we saw many parts of Malta (Valetta, Mdina, Rabat, Marsaxlokk, Blue Grotto, etc) as well as taking a day-trip over to Gozo (get the ferry early, the open top bus tour takes most of the day even when only getting off at 2 of the main stops, and the wait for next ferry can be up to an hour). We ate twice in Valetta and TBH I wish we had gone more, it's as beautiful by night as by day. The area around the hotel surprised me - I read it was more lively but didn't expect it to feel so built up and unlike the rest of Malta. However it was easy enough to get round the island and see Malta as we'd hoped. We didn't go to any beaches but we did talk a long coastal walk, twice, from the hotel to Sliema. All in all, yes we would go back to this hotel, it was very comfortable, peaceful, there were very few children (always a challenge when travelling in half term), the location was great for food, shops, bus stops, airport, etc., and the staff were all very pleasant. If I had a wish it would be for Malta to slow down their construction works - the skyline was full of cranes and you could hear building work in the distance - appreciate tourism is important but the amount of traffic and construction is crazy. Overall we loved our stay and would absolutely return <3

“Stylish, quiet hotel and a lovely base for exploring Malta”
We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency Malta in St. Julian’s. This lovely, modern hotel has a thoughtful emphasis on design, with 151 rooms and suites and staff readily available whenever we needed assistance. Check-in and checkout were both easy and efficient. Although it’s only about a five-minute walk from Paceville, the lively nightclub area, the hotel itself was very quiet. Our room was well designed, with a king bed, a desk, and a lovely balcony with two chairs. We also enjoyed several excellent restaurants within a 15–20-minute walk of the hotel. We had lounge access and appreciated having light snacks, coffee, and soft drinks available throughout the day. The beautiful rooftop pool, with a casual restaurant alongside it, was another highlight. Wellness facilities include an indoor pool, a small gym with 24-hour access, a sauna, and massage treatments. The hotel worked very well as a base for our adventures around Malta. Taking Bolt to Valletta was easy, and we hired drivers for other outings, although Bolt could have been an option for those as well. We appreciated the combination of modern design, a quiet atmosphere, and a convenient location—a lovely place to return to after a day of exploring!

“Wonderful Introduction to Malta”
My husband & I have just come back from a lovely 5 night break in Malta staying in the Hyatt Regency. We had a king bed with a balcony, sea view & club access. Our room was stylish & contemporary & very clean. We used the rooftop pool and the hotel restaurant on 2 occasions. The food & service was excellent in both places. We made good use of the Club enjoying a variety of snacks & drinks throughout the day & evening. We found all staff in the hotel exceptionally helpful & friendly. We would like to praise & give special thanks to Diego for booking a tour for us even though he was on his day off & Hoque who assisted us when our departure transfer was late. All in all a great break and we would thoroughly recommend this hotel as an excellent place to stay.

“Excellent hotel”
Gorgeous hotel, rooftop and restaurants. Excellent service all around. Very relaxing but on the edge of s very busy area for nightlife snd restaurants.
