Spiagge San Pietro, a charming & relaxing resort is an elegant 4-star superior hotel, an ideal destination for couple, for honeymoon and for thosewho are looking for a perfect balance between spaces, colours and nature, all in just 200 meters from the beautiful beach of Cala Sinzias in the well-known Costa Rei in Sardinia.
The Resort, with its iconic arches and its suggestive design, embellished with oriental-style relaxation areas, is a perfect oasis of peace and privacy. All the rooms are surrounded by gardens and located behind a beautiful and enchanting Italian style square in which you can find the Exoticus Restaurant, the Breakfast Room, the bar and two spectacular swimming pools.

ROOMS
In the Resort you will find 100 rooms, decorated with an elegant minimalistic style or with an exotic fine design. The rooms are arranged in two floors (ground and first floor) surrounded by gardens. All of the rooms have a terrace or a patio.

- The ground floor Classic rooms with queen size bed are the simplest rooms of the Resort. They overlook the gardens that are embellished with little ponds and cages decorated with bougainvillea. All rooms offer a furnished patio covered with a wooden pergola and white fabrics, where you can read or drink in a peaceful atmosphere. The bathroom has a bidet, a walk-in shower with mosaic decoration and a marble washbasin.

- The Prestige rooms, always located on the ground floor, are more spacious, elegant and quieter than Classic Room, due to the fact that they are independent with no upstairs room. Each room has a wide bathroom, that has been recently renovated, a marble shower decorated with mosaic. They also have a 43”4K TV, wooden ceiling and a patio covered by a pergola.

- The four Family Rooms, located both at the ground floor and at the first floor, are the “classic” solution ideal for enjoying wide spaces. The entrance leads to a hallway from which the bathroom, the spacious double room and the separated twin room can be accessed. The patio on the ground floor and the covered anoramic terrace overlook a pleasant pond with jets and green areas. Thanks to the two closets, two TVs (26” and 32”) and two minibars the Guests can enjoy their privacy. This is an ideal solution for groups of friends.

- All Superior Rooms are located at the first floor from which Guests can enjoy an exclusive privacy. These rooms have a comfortable terrace or a nice patio with wooden beams, equipped with directors' chairs and table made of teak. From the terrace the Guests can enjoy not only a great light, that makes the room very bright, but also a nice view. Each room has a comfortable queen size bed, a wide sofa, a writing desk with a silver framed mirror on top, a new 4K TV 43”, a spacious bathroom with bidet, marble countertop sink, walk-in shower with pink mosaic.

- The Deluxe rooms are located in the area called “Deluxe Courtyard”, in a great location, close to the beach and the swimming pool. The design of the rooms makes the iconic arches of the resort stand out. The exquisite floor of marble from Orosei, the modern and unique furniture embellished with antique style brass details and high-quality wood, the 4K TV 50” and the evening housekeeping service are only few of the advantages of booking a Deluxe Room. Included in the reservation: a sun umbrella and two sun loungers in the first row on the beach, a bathrobe and a kettle with a kit for tea and instant coffee.

- The exclusive Premium rooms, that have the same design and services included in the Deluxe Rooms, are the only rooms that offer a further private 15m2 terrace with jacuzzi, where our Guests can sunbathe and enjoy this renovated and comfortable outdoor space, which is decorated with elegant and unique pieces of furniture, such as two wicker sun loungers and a pergola embellished with fabrics.

RESTAURANT
Exoticus, a charming restaurant was entirely renovated during the winter of 2023. When you enter inside you will be welcome by a very elegant and distinguished atmosphere. Facing the iconic square both the internal room and the romantic courtyard are enriched by the original Indian furnishings, the precious fabrics and the tropical plants that recall the exotic nature of a North African villa. In our restaurant you will live an unforgettable gourmet culinary experience, with the dishes elaborated with passion and choosing only the best quality ingredients, by our Executive Chef Mattia Abatiello, whom accompanied by his talented crew, with every meal pays homage to the Italian and Sardinian cuisine. We offer a 4 course evening menu with a sophisticated oriental influence in order to pay tribute to the exotic style of our restaurant.
