The modern hotel is immersed in a large park in a privileged position directly on the lakeshore. It is just a few steps away from the Sirmione Spa and 30 minutes' walk from the old town. Links to the public transport network are within around 300 m and the railway station is some 7 km from the hotel. Verona Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 25 km, whilst Orio al Serio Airport and Malpensa Airport are roughly 90 km and 180 km away, respectively.

The hotel was recently built according to the latest design criteria with all modern conveniences in the best hospitality tradition. Comprising a total of 29 guest rooms, the air-conditioned establishment welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour check-out service. There is WLAN Internet access throughout the whole building.
