“Excellent hotel”
My Wonderful Stay at Ramada Encore by Wyndham Seminyak, Bali I would like to take this opportunity to share my experience and appreciation following my eight-day stay at the Ramada Encore by Wyndham Seminyak. I was genuinely impressed with the hotel and, above all, with every single member of staff. Without exception, everyone was friendly, polite, welcoming and always willing to go the extra mile to make my stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. The level of service was absolutely outstanding. The breakfast service deserves special mention. There is an excellent variety of food available, with plenty of choices to satisfy everyone’s taste. You certainly won’t go hungry! However, it was a little disappointing to see some guests taking far more food than they could eat, resulting in unnecessary food wastage. Hopefully, guests can be more mindful of this in the future. I would also like to give special recognition to the four chefs working in the kitchen, preparing eggs and other dishes. They were fantastic, hardworking and always did their best to serve guests with a smile. One small suggestion would be to consider installing additional air-conditioning or a cooling system in the kitchen/breakfast cooking area, as it can get extremely hot in there. This would certainly make working conditions more comfortable for the chefs. Although I cannot remember everyone’s names, I would particularly like to thank Wisni the duty manager, who was extremely helpful and went out of her way to address my concerns. My sincere thanks also go to Gebi, Salsa and all the other wonderful staff members whose names I unfortunately cannot recall. The rooms were excellent, spacious and very clean, which made my stay even more comfortable. Overall, I had a fantastic experience. It is the people who make a hotel special, and the team at Ramada Encore by Wyndham Seminyak certainly made my holiday memorable. Thank you to everyone for your outstanding hospitality, kindness and professionalism. I truly appreciate all your efforts. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seminyak, and without hesitation, I would definitely return again. Keep up the excellent work, everyone. You should all be very proud of yourselves!

“Hidden Gem off the beaten track”
Hidden gem off the beaten track. Stayed here before and love this hotel. If you can get a pool view room. Clean and comfortable and the little extra for a pool view with balcony is worth it. Its a 5 min taxi ride if you want to go out in Seminyak but a perfect resort to just chill by the pool and avoid the hustle and bustle of seminyak and Legian. Because its further away I think you get better value and a higher standard than other hotels in Seminyak and Legian. The Bintang is quite expensive interstingly if you end up drinking at the bar(more than some 5 star resorts) but overall a great hotel and staff all exceptional especially Chandra Yoki and Bagus at reception definitely stay again
