The hotel's restaurant has repeatedly received the Toques d'Or award, the country's highest distinction for GRANDMA'S creative Greek cuisine and frequently hosts pop-up events by renowned chefs. 2021 marks a special milestone for Liostasi, as the hotel launches the collaboration with the celebrated chef Sotiris Evangelou, one of the country's leading ambassadors of New Greek Cuisine. In his capacity as consulting chef Evangelou has been sourcing top-quality ingredients from the Cycladic islands and crafting new dishes inspired by the region's rich culinary traditions. The Liostasi Lifestyle Spa experience embraces a holistic, mindful approach where dedication to quality and nature-inspired perfection are illustrated through a fusion of traditional and modern treatments and techniques.
