Thassos - currency

Similarly to the surrounding Greek islands and mainland Greece, the island of Thassos uses the Euro as its currency. In Thassos Town there are ATM and Foreign Exchange facilities but as expected these are harder to come by in the island’s rural areas. We recommend you buy your travel money in advance of your holiday.
