Stayed for 2 weeks and had a great holiday here, very friendly and helpful staff in all departments. No problems with sunbeds at all, breakfast typically Greek which we loved, food in the hotel was very good, car/scooter hire from the hotel very reasonable. We booked a fast boat trip to Symi with transfers, this was totally problem free and again very good, can't speak highly enough of the place. Very clean and comfy rooms, yes the planes fly over but that doesn't distract from the holiday and soon becomes just a background noise, it is a busy island on the other side with Falaraki and Lindos on that coast. A stoney beach is literally 5 minutes from the hotel on the same road, sea shoes recommended, but again peaceful. The taverna on the beach is again very good, the people running it are a lovely, friendly and welcoming family, food recommended. We will return to here again.
What a beautiful family run hotel . The hotel was so clean staff are so friendly , we got there late Friday night we was made to feel so welcome our room was perfect with a welcome bottle of wine on the bed . Aircon was perfect the pool was clean and there was always enough sun beds . Staff are basically cleaning the grounds all day it is such a clean hotel. I see people comment about the plane noise as it’s near the airport yes you can hear the planes but living in Manchester on thw flight path it didn’t bother us one bit . Downside was the breakfast it was the best and not much to choose from but Billys place is a 10 minute walk and is amazing so again didn’t bother us at all thank you to all the staff for and amazing holiday . I do recommend car hire there is a place a few minutes walk from the hotel Hiway car hire and for 3 days cost us 80’euros no deposits or holding fee just pay the 80 euros and take the car so we got to see the full island it was a beautiful holiday .
We’ve had a week at The Sabina. One of our best holidays! Rooms are modern, spacious, with great air conditioning, good shower and small fridge. It’s not at full occupancy at the moment so plenty of room by the pool and no rush for the sunbeds in the morning. We had room 329 - balcony has sun until lunchtime and shade thereafter. Staff have been wonderful. Helpful and always smiling . Good bar food at the pool bar. Reception can book you tours/excursions. Breakfast is on the terrace and there’s plenty of choices. The Elephant in The Room? The resort of Theologis is towards the end of the airport runway and Rhodes airport does have busy days. It didn’t bother us but for some it might be an issue. This resort is one of the more relaxing areas with a selection of bars and restaurants. A pebble beach with sunbeds to rent for the day is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. This hotel is. 3* but I would rate it slightly higher. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Sabina and would definitely recommend it.
Location was great, a hidden gem! Short walk to bus stop which goes to Rodos town, (approx 30 min drive). A great place to stay, very friendly and the staff couldn't be more helpful with anything you ask. The room was very clean, and cleaned daily, lovely views of the ocean and surrounding islands. Would definitely return. 🙂
Just spent another nine nights at the fabulous Iberostar Selection Sabila. Staff are great always smiling, very helpful and friendly. And this starts at your check-in and continues for the rest of your stay. Pre booking of the sun beds has stopped the early morning rush, but your first two days you could be allocated a bed anywhere as the clients that are already at the resort can select there's uptown two days in advance. However don't worry as Santiago and Carmela are there to help you. They will sort all needs. As will Marie and her staff who work at the Pool bar / restaurant and serve us through the day with waitress serve to your sun bed. Great staff who need a special mention working outside all day in the sun all day. My only concern is the Cocktails, we tried the Pina Colada again (we tried them in 2025 as well), but unfortunately they are still being poured out of a carton and not made up fresh. Personally I think it's shocking that a 5* hotel is providing pre-made cocktails. Which worries that this hotel will cater more for AI. We normally go B&B but this time we tried Dinner in restaurant for a couple of nights. Food is of great quality and an extensive range to suit every body's taste buds. There is an drinks menu extensive in the main hotel bar with a good choice of entertainment through the week. All in all another great stay and we have already booked up for 2027
