The Cascades Golf Resort Spa and Thallasso features 166 rooms and suites. All are generously sized offering an exceptional comfort and a relaxed atmosphere with its state of the art bathroom fittings and amazing view overlooking the red sea and the cascades golf course ( ( 59 Standard Rooms , 52 Deluxe Rooms , 24 Executive Rooms , 11 Junior Suites , 3 Master Suites , 13 Gary Player Suites , 3 Aquarius Suites , 1 Imperial Suite). No Garden view rooms or suites in the hotel only , pool , sea , sea and golf. The hotel offers a variety of dining experiences. In addition to a la carte selections, all restaurants offer dietetic menus, designed especially for those undergoing nutritional programs at The Cascades Golf Resort Spa and Thallasso. A large temperature controlled lap pool overlooks the greens and the main beach, a short distance from the Resort (via free shuttle bus service), which is easily one of the most beautiful on the Red Sea. Calm waters and white sandy shores stretch out onto turquoise waters. La Residence features a Racquet Club with 4 clay tennis courts, lit for evening play and 2 squash courts.

Soft drinks, mineral water in the Mini bar are under All inclusive concept with refilled once per day.
