The services and facilities of the hotel include: 24h reception, 8 themed restaurants, 4 themed bars, currency exchange, lobby, café & terrace, discotheque, TV room, conferences and meeting rooms, WiFi, gift shop, and car/motorbike/bicycle rental, laundry service and babysitting service (on request). The hotel also has 7 themed swimming pools including children's pools, pools with waterfalls, rock formations and whirlpools, pool bar, kids club and playground, as well as a health & beauty centre with indoor heated pool, fitness room, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath and massage. In addition, it offers variety of sports, day activities and entertainment program.

The rooms are equipped with A/C, heating, TV with pay movies, telephone, safe (extra charge), mini fridge, bathroom with hair dryer, tea & coffee facilities and balcony. Room service is available.

The All Inclusive-concept includes all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks) and mealtime drinks such as soft drinks, beer, wine, water and alcoholic drinks, all of local brands. Drinks are served from morning until late evening (approx until 22.-24.00 hrs). Opening times vary between different hotels. In certain hotels the activities program is also included.

The hotel offers free PCR test on-site for guests staying minimum of 3 nights.
