we enjoyed and had fun! Animation always managed to make it a huge party with a big smile! Extremely sweet and patient for the kids and fun jokes for the parents! you have given us very nice memories and are very much looking forward to our return! Take care you all!!

Nice winter getaway

We had a pleasant stay as Emblem guests but we would not rate this as a luxury vacation. Some details could use improvement, but overall for a 3-star resort they make a great effort! The rooms are clean and comfortable & close to the pools, however towel service could be improved. They changed our towels the first day and after that no more, beach towels were not replaced all week. There are 2 large TVs in the room, however we had some connection problems with Chromecast. Pillow service was a bonus as I am pregnant, however they forgot to provide a pillow cover for the pregnancy pillow. A large mirror in the room would be a bonus. Food was usually hit or miss. We had some very nice meals, others were mediocre. Especially the food on the Emblem buffet being luke warm was a pity. Still you can tell they try hard and with the audience (families) there is a lot of waste to be seen. After a few days the waiters knew our order by heart, they all work very hard. Special thanks to all of them because some guests really lack table manners. Drinks were good quality. Everything is self service except for cocktails. As Emblem guests we had a special assortment of drinks offered to us, however to our surprise the bar staff don’t know about these drinks and the ingredients are not in stock (healthy vegan juices). Nonetheless the bar staff was always happy to make up a new recipe on the spot with a smile. We did not get the same juice twice! Shout out to Aida and her collegues for being great sports and taking such good care of us. Lastly I want to give my compliments for the hotel Spa Service. I had three massages by Magnolia & she truly has magic hands! I obviously could not get enough. We highly recommend! All in all we had a wonderful vacation. If you are looking for the more luxury segment vacation, this hotel is not for you. However if you are looking for a comfortable family vacation without any worries, you will not be disappointed. Book Emblem for the extra touches. Thank you!!!!

huge & clean parking ; entrance the unique lobby with beautiful mexican decoration ; mr placido rodregues got us & in big smile & professionality polite & super helpful during our stay ( 8 nights ) ; we got the room key ; after unhappy from our room 214 he promise to change next day - we got a beautiful room 212 ; the pools & outside seatings area are huge nice & clean ; small pool bar . but active & seems happy ; here never miss aida the high level waiter & pool bar worker ; she work from the heart ; smile always ; professional ; speak many languages ; one of the best hotel workers i see in my life ; rooms are suite style ; outside sub beds ; small table ; then inside you get living room ; bathroom & bedroom ; all clean & nice decorated with nice colors (quite to heart). breakfast was excellent ; with fresh items ; the staff were very good ; of course i'm coming back - only to this hotel & i'm wondering how it is 3 stars and not 4 stars plus.
