“Absolutely Awful – Avoid This Hotel at All Costs”

My stay at Hotel Azurro was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. When I arrived in my room, the bed sheets were visibly dirty — clearly used by previous guests. We had to ask every single day for them to be changed, but no one ever did it. Towels were also never replaced. There was no trash bin in the room, which made things even more inconvenient. The walls were cracked and dirty, everything smelled disgusting, and the entire place felt unhygienic. The food was revolting — the exact same low-quality meals every single day, with no variety and nothing fresh. To make matters worse, the staff were incredibly rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. It honestly felt like they didn't care at all about the guests. This place should not be allowed to operate in such conditions. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to stay far away.

“Adding to previous”

454335 I must add to my previous review: used hotel WiFi everywhere from the furthest corner of the pool to the shop outside. That's a big plus for anyone who rates it. Didn't use the inside pool but it's spotless. Hotel is available for conferences. Maria and Toni are the smiliest and most helpful staff.

“Hotel perfect for students”

Clean room minimum but new furniture. FOOD Irish breakfast for breakfast. Pizza or salad for lunch. Chicken drumsticks for dinner. Rest food traditional Bulgaria food( with extra spices). 4 floor building no lift. 2 pool - adult and kids.

“a missed stay”

I start by saying that I regret that I chose this stay. you do not find anything that is promised. the food is under critical criticism, the same for 7 days. Non-existent cleaning,sober staff. I do not recommend .

“Money Changer at this hotel”

The person who changes money at this hotel was pointed out to me as my friend from Minsk told me that she always changes her money there. You are always advised where to go to change money especially the Crown Exchange and there are many of them at sunny beach. The Azurro Hotel is near to a Crown Exchange and is opposite the Nessebar Beach hotel. This person has always given me a higher rate of exchange than others and even if it is only a small amount if you are changing a lot of GBpounds it all adds up so I recomend him to you.
