“Relax Reset Luxury”
The hotel ambience so luxurious in which the place is shipshape. With welcoming staff from reception Isha and Sabina thank you for responding for my inquiries and being so helpful during our stay.. Various Food selection served fresh and hot from breakfast,lunch,dinner plus snacks in the afternoon. brimming our tummy. Hats off to the dinning staff especially to Kejsi, Angel,Novi and to Klajdison who looked after my daughter.. (thank you is not enough for making my daughter's birthday one of her books) In this hotel they prioritize relaxation. The hotel rooms are vast and kept neat daily so as the towels too it adds comfort when we want to rest after a long tiring day... Bravo to their hardworking housekeepers! The service also included wellness center including gym,sauna,steam room,salt room,jacuzzi and heated pool shout out to the friendly and welcoming staff in there Sally and Jericho. Thank you for your service. May you all guys continue your hardwork and all the best for all of you and wishing for the hotel's success always..

I would like to share some positive words about Royal G Max Hotel & Spa, because I believe the hard work of the staff and the quality of the services deserve appreciation. First of all, I would like to highlight the reception team, especially one of the girls who handles an incredible amount of responsibility everyday . Despite these challenges, the effort the blonde lady made to assist guests and find solutions deserves recognition. The food and buffet are another highlight of the hotel. There is a great variety of dishes every day, with delicious options to suit different tastes. The buffet offers plenty of choices, and the opportunity to enjoy different food throughout the stay makes the dining experience even better. The variety and presentation contribute positively to the overall experience. I would also like to mention the housekeeping team for their hard work in keeping the rooms and common areas clean and welcoming. I believe that a hotel should be evaluated fairly, taking into account the food, cleanliness, service, and the dedication of the people who work there. Negative feedback can be useful when it is constructive, but positive experiences and hard work deserve to be acknowledged as well. Overall, Royal G Max Hotel & Spa has a lot to offer, from its varied buffet and daily food selection to the efforts of its reception and housekeeping teams. A special appreciation goes to the receptionists who manage demanding shifts, as well as the housekeeping staff who work hard to maintain the hotel’s standards. “Vacations at Royal G Max”
Being right on the beachfront made all the difference. Waking up to unobstructed views of the sea each morning was stunning, and having direct, step-free access from the hotel grounds onto the sand made days with the family completely hassle-free. The pool area was immaculate, spacious, and never felt overcrowded despite it being peak July season. There was plenty of room for the kids to swim safely while we relaxed on comfortable loungers.The staff went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome from check-in to check-out. Breakfast overlooking the water was fresh, diverse, and a highlight of every morning. Highly recommended for families looking for a blend of beachfront relaxation, great pool amenities, and top-tier spa facilities in Albania.

“My friends and I”
My friends and I had a really great stay at Royal G Max! The staff were lovely and friendly, from the reception team to the housekeeping and kitchen staff. The beach was beautiful, and the indoor pools and spa were clean and well maintained. The room was spacious enough for the three of us, which was great. The only downside was the shower, which could use a bit of renovation. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and really enjoyed our stay!
