I want to claim for a flight delay

We're sorry your holiday's been affected by a delay. In this case, the claim will be dealt with by your airline.

You're entitled to compensation if your flight arrives more than 3 hours late and the fault lies with the airline. If the reason for the delay is outside of the airline's control, bad weather for example, you may not be entitled to any compensation.
