Can I claim for a flight delay?
We’re sorry your holiday’s been delayed. Claims go through the airline, and you may be entitled to compensation if your flight is over 3 hours late due to their fault. Delays caused by factors beyond their control, like bad weather, may not qualify. For guidance, see Citizen Advice’s advice on claiming.
