JANUARY PAY DAY PROMOTION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General Provisions
 1.1. These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) set out the rules for the promotional campaign entitled “January Pay Day” (the “Promotion”).
 1.2. The Promotion is run by Thomas Cook Tourism (UK) Company Limited, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 12211539), with its registered office at Units 21-26, The Royal Exchange, London, England, EC3V 3LN. (the “Promoter”).
 1.3. These Terms are available at www.thomascook.com/legal/booking-terms-conditions.
 1.4. The Promotion gives eligible customers the opportunity to receive a discount on qualifying bookings made during the Promotion Period using the promo code JANPAYDAY.
 1.5. The Promotion applies only to new bookings made during the Promotion Period on the Thomas Cook website or app. It does not apply to bookings made before the Promotion Period, even if travel takes place within it.

2. Promotion Period
 2.1. The Promotion runs from 00:01 on 30 January 2026 until 23:59 on 1 February 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Bookings completing shortly after this time due to system processing may still be honoured at the Promoter’s discretion.
 2.2. The Promoter may end the Promotion early, extend it, or amend these Terms if necessary for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons, provided that such changes do not materially disadvantage customers who have already qualified for the offer.
 2.3. Any updates will be published on thomascook.com.
 2.4. The Promoter’s systems will be the final arbiter of the Promotion Period. The Promoter is not responsible for failed, delayed, or incomplete bookings resulting from technical issues, payment failures, or connectivity problems.

3. Eligibility
3.1. The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man aged 18 or over.
 3.2. Employees of the Promoter, its group companies, agencies, partners, and their immediate families are excluded.
 3.3. To qualify, participants (“Participants”) must:

  • • make a new booking of a package holiday or hotel-only stay through the Thomas Cook app or website with a minimum total value of £1,000;
  • • enter the promo code JANPAYDAY at checkout during the Promotion Period; and
  • • accept these Terms and the Promoter’s standard Booking Terms & Conditions.

 3.4. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount code, or Thomas Cook Wallet funds.
 3.5. Bookings made via third-party travel agents or external platforms are not eligible.
 3.6. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking.

4. Discount Details and Code Use
 4.1. When the promo code is entered correctly at checkout, eligible Participants will receive the following discount:

If the basket value is less than £1,000 The Participant does not qualify to use the Code
If the basket value is between £1,000-£2,499 The Participant is entitled to £50 off the purchase 
If the basket value is between £2,500-£4,999 The Participant is entitled to £150 off the purchase 
If the basket value is at least £5,001 The Participant is entitled to £250 off the purchase 


 4.2. The code is valid for bookings made during the Promotion Period as defined in clause 2.1.
 4.3. The code may be used once per booking, has no cash value, and only one promo code may be used per booking.
 4.4. If a booking is cancelled or amended so that it no longer meets the qualifying spend, the discount will be withdrawn and will not be reissued.
 4.5. The discount is applied before any optional extras (e.g. insurance, seat selection, or add-ons).
 4.6. The code must be entered exactly as shown to apply.
 4.7. No alternative, exchange, or refund of the discount is available.
 4.8. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or refuse the discount where it reasonably believes the Promotion has been misused, abused, or applied in error.
 4.9. Any amendment to a booking may result in repricing and may cause the booking to no longer qualify for the Promotion.

5. Complaints
 5.1. Questions or complaints about the Promotion should be sent to marketing@thomascook.com.
 5.2. Complaints must include the customer’s name, contact details, booking reference, and details of the issue.
 5.3. The Promoter will aim to respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint.

6. Personal Data
Personal data provided in connection with this Promotion will be processed by Thomas Cook Tourism (UK) Company Limited in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. Data will be used only to administer the Promotion and manage related correspondence. Participants have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data at any time by contacting dataprotection@thomascook.com.

7. Final Provisions
 7.1. Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these Terms.
 7.2. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
 7.3. The Promoter’s decision on any matter relating to the Promotion will be final, subject to applicable law.
