Madrid weather in July is very hot thanks to the region’s Mediterranean climate that’s very warm and sunny in the summer. Heat waves often arrive at this time of year, bringing temperatures over 35°C. UV levels are high, so take care of your skin and try to stay in the shade between 12pm and 3pm. Most of the rainfall in Madrid is concentrated in the spring and autumn, with just a few sparse showers in the summer.
