What’s the weather like in Dubrovnik in August?
August is the warmest time to visit Dubrovnik and it’s when you’ll see the most sunshine. It’s a great time to visit if you plan on spending a lot of time relaxing on the beach and taking it easy with a relaxing swim in the mild sea.
Geographical influences
Located in the south of Croatia, Dubrovnik is a city with plenty to offer. From historical buildings to lively nightclubs, there’s something for everyone here. Dubrovnik weather in August is very hot and sunny which is to be expected from its warm Mediterranean climate. The region also has a borderline humid subtropical climate, so you can expect some showers scattered over the month but the summer is usually dry.
