What's the weather like in Borovets in February?
Borovets is a popular ski resort in Bulgaria’s Sofia Province, on the northern slopes of the Rila mountains. Winters are freezing cold in the resort, which creates great conditions for enjoying winter sports. February is one of the best months for skiing and snowboarding, but you’ll need to pack lots of warm, thick layers whether you’re getting involved with the snowsports or not. Make sure you come prepared for the chilly weather with a good winter coat, hat, scarf and gloves.Averages
At this time of year, the average temperature reaches highs of 0ºC in Borovets and falls to -7ºC at night, so don’t forget to bring your winter wardrobe.
