“Clean and beautiful hotel steps away from Fisherman's Wharf”
Loved this hotel! Comfy beds, great blackout curtains, ice-cold AC, and very clean, pretty rooms—everything I look for when traveling! The location is also super convenient, just a short walk from Fisherman’s Wharf. Already looking forward to coming back!

“Honestly expected better from Hyatt”
Terrible experience. We asked for early check in and when we got to the hotel was told our room was being cleaned at the moment. it was noon. We came back around 2 and was told that there was someone still in the room and was given late check out at 3. Yes we understand check in is normally at 4 but then don’t tell us at noon that it was being cleaned. After all of this our room was not ready until 430. The reservation was for 3 adults. there was a living room with a pull out couch with no sheets blankets or pillows. Then tried to order some food from their restaurant. Called 4 times and was directed back to the hotel operator. No one answered the phone at the restaurant. Not a pleasant experience. don’t think we would stay here again especially as there are a number of other options available. Very surprised as this hotel was recommended to us.

“Graet location”
Great location. Room was large and bed was lovely. Very clean and tidy. A bit expensive for the overall experience especially once all the extra fees are added.

“Book Another Hotel”
Room quite big but lack of lightings. If staying at a room by the street expect noises from cars. Not much to see out the window. The thing I don’t like is the breakfast since everything was so slow and understaffed. I got the the restaurant about 9:30 and got seated about 9:40, wait another 10 minutes for the waiter to come by to take our orders, and wait another 15 minutes while they prepare the omelet, which was overcooked, and the eggs Benedict. The food arrived about 45 minutes after we get to the restaurant. Being a breakfast serving means it has to be at least efficient since people don’t have all day waiting for something to eat early in the morning. Spending an hour just for breakfast is just too waste of time. Also being a globalist they waived the destination fees for me, as while as some benefits that comes with the destination fees, mainly the $10 FB credit. The website also says we get two reusable water bottles but it turned out they were just plastic bottled water. They also don’t have board games available. Despite the lack of lightings in room at night, the curtains are also not doing its job, which were leaking light in the morning. I would not pay $300+ for a night like this, while grand Hyatt and other hr in sf were about $200 per night.
