OYO Hotel & Casino, formerly Hooters Casino Hotel, is located one block from the famous Las Vegas Strip and directly across from the Las Vegas Monorail, providing access to all Las Vegas has to offer. Upon check in, the Front Desk authorizes a $300 hold on a credit/debit card for incidentals, in addition to room and tax. Any remaining balance owed on your reservation (room & tax and/or resort fees) will be collected as well. Prepaid Debit Cards are not accepted for the incidental authorization. Cash deposits are accepted in the amount of $300. 00 which is refundable minus any incidentals charged. Guests found smoking in the non-smoking rooms will be charged $250.

“Don't Do It. Very Dishonest establishment”

If you're looking for the worst travel experience ever this is it. They start with deceptive marketing and dishonesty. You will be charged a lot more than agreed. The staff of this filthy, broken down, crime ridden pot den is at best disgruntled and worst just nasty. Zero professionalism. Broken elevators, whole groups of machines just look abandoned, auto doors not opening You smell weed all over Vegas now days but here you have a cloud constantly. So many choices in Vegas don't let these dishonest deceptive marketers suck you in. You will NOT get the deal they advertise.

“So disappointed”

I arrived late to check in. When I got to my room it looked fine at first. Then I looked in the shower. There was hair everywhere. I was so grossed out. I called housekeeping and didnt get anyone to my room until 3pm. So an extra day without a shower after traveling across the country. That one visit from housekeeping was the only time they stopped at my room. I never got any new towels. Overall I felt gross by the time I left and wished I had stayed somewhere else.

“Never again”

Pool closed, elevators broken, room disgusting worst place to stay wouldn’t recommend, they charge a resort fee for services and etc stuff doesn’t work, casino floor is horrible slots are setup not to let anyone win do not come here spend your money at a nice hotel this place will definitely ruin your family vacation

“Horrible stink hole”

Stay at this awful hotel for my daughter's 21st birthday. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There was mold on the walls, damaged furniture throughout the room and hotel. The sheets were stained and the carpet had all kinds of stuff in it. We had to have shoes on the whole time. It smelled horrible and they had the nerve to charge $98 hotel resort fee. The bar did not sell any alcohol. The pool was closed for the season, most of the restaurants were closed and the burger place was nasty and dirty. I asked to speak with a manager on three different occasions and was not allowed to. They only had one working elevator in both towers; the wait time was ridiculous. We took the stairs and it was creepy and nasty throughout the stairwell. This place needs to be condemned. I will be calling the health dept and the BBB. I deserve a full refund. When checking out of the " Bates Motel" it took us 40 minutes to get onto the elevator due to everyone using one elevator.

“Nasty scam”

Not even going to waist my time going into detail. Booked a room for my daughter's birthday at the OYO in Vegas. Horrific. Nasty, mold everywhere. Unclean room. No pool use, 1 restaurant. Complained, they didn't do a thing. Complained to booking about our room, they didn't care either. Overcharged us in parking. Kept our deposit but for no reason. Charged a smoking fee of $100 for lighting a birthday candle to sing to my daughter. Because the sensor in thd room picked up a moment of smoke. So it automatically assumes your smoking. It's super weird. I have tried every corporate email, and they just say I never had a booking. But I haveca booking number, stayed in a room. So how is that possible? This company is owned by like 5 entities that are overseas. Horrible scam. Refuses to refund my money, booking said they would refund us, then went back on their word. Ohhh, and I had to complain to security about the pepper window in the bathroom that leads to the next room. Nothing. Nobody cares. Nasty, nasty, nasty......I have pictures of proof. But no booking found?????scammers that steal your money and give you filth.
