“Great Resort, Recommend uk traveller.”
This is our 2nd time at Vista Cay Resort, this time located at Reserve side which is closer to publix and some take outs. Both sides of resort are great though. This time we had a 3 bed deluxe room last time 3 bed premium. There's not a huge difference but I preferred the premium last time but would stay in either. We viewed town house this time and beautiful but it's over 3 floors and not ideal to haul 5 suitcases to top floor for the two main bedrooms albeit was beautiful! The resort is located just off universal boulevard and a 5 min drive to Epic Universe. If staying here I recommend a car , which we always have as much as it's on the drive line it's the top end. The room we had was spotless if you want an additional clean during stay it's $165. We had a full kitchen inc dishwasher, cooker/over, fridge, washer and dryer which is great. As these are apartments we bring some basic stuff with us like washing powder, cleaning etc. overall can't fault it and would be one we would return to in the future. Also free onsite park and it's a gated community, always felt safe.

“Great place to stay!”
The ambassadors at vista cay are very kind and caring. We had one minor issue and they were wiring to get it taken care of and make sure our trip was again. Beautiful property

“Good location for Universal, but not up to the description”
Good location. W&D were helpful. Plenty of room. No luggage carts or assistance available. Description lists gourmet kitchen, but did not have many basics. Pool nice. Looks like a mixed use community with at least two management companies. Several basic maintenance issues. Concerned that paint was stored with the water heater; hazard?

“Location and amenities are great but…”
The location is amazing and the amenities are great but the unit we were assigned was straight up filthy. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time and there were several belongings left behind from others that had booked the same unit previously. The bathrooms were dingy and dirty with visible signs of wear and tear, old build up in the shower and sink. The cleaning job had extreme room for improvement. But the location was so great in the center of everything and the amenities were wonderful! I would book again but I would ensure the unit assigned is cleaned well prior to.
