Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday
All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806
As proud ABTA members we deliver the highest standards when it comes to our holidays. So if you book with us you’re guaranteed the best service. Our ABTA number is P8283, Y6720.
Take in views of the capital with a ride on the iconic London Eye. Standing high at 135m, you’ll enjoy a panorama right across the city as you move around the wheel in a glass-walled pod. Opened to mark the millennium, the London Eye has become a permanent fixture on the banks of the River Thames. To get there, take the underground to Waterloo and take the short walk to the South Bank.
To start your journey on the London Eye, you’ll see a short interactive 4D film, which includes aerial views of the city, before stepping into your pod. There are 32 constantly moving capsules on the wheel, one for each borough in the capital. As you climb higher and higher, you’ll be able to see for 25 miles in all directions, with interactive devices telling you exactly what to look out for in the city below, including the Shard, Tower Bridge and St. Paul’s Cathedral.
After a steady 30 minute rotation, you’ll arrive back on solid ground. After your trip on the London Eye, go to the Pommery Champagne Bar to enjoy a glass of bubbly. There’s also a London Eye River Cruise, a 40 minute sightseeing tour taking in some of the capital’s biggest sights from the water.
With its central location, it’s easy to walk to other attractions after your journey on the Eye. Take a walk along the Thames, visit the London Dungeon, or head south and cross Westminster Bridge to see Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament.
