Lara Beach Nightlife: Bars & Clubs
After spending your time sunning it up on the beach or relaxing by the pool, the only thing left to do is head out for a night of fun. While Lara Beach nightlife might not be a clubbers’ paradise, there’s a number of discos and bars within the local five-star hotels to keep you entertained. Alternatively, if you feel like venturing out, you’ll stumble across a few watering holes for a late night-cap.
Pasa Lara Club Café and Bar is popular with the nearby residents of Lara Beach, playing some great tunes and offering the chance to belt out a song on the karaoke. With a couple of after-hour joints such as Porto Beach Bar and the Titanic-themed Lara Resort Bar, you’ll find plenty to do within a short distance.
Looking for adventure away from the resort? For a great spot to dance till you drop, Belek is a short 30-minute journey, offering a selection of bars and Soho Club if you fancy a boogie. With awesome 3D light shows and dancers strutting their stuff, you’ll have an electric night at Soho. If you’re after a quiet romantic drink looking out to sea, why not head over to the Brezza Bar to watch the sunset together.
For most that holiday in Lara Beach seeking a lively night out, they opt for Antalya. With a similar journey of 30 minutes in the opposite direction, this lively city on the south coast parties till the sun comes up with a vibrant mixture of hotspots.
Jostling for position on the beautiful marina, the pick of the bunch has to be Club 29. Overlooking the seafront, this club fits a capacity crowd of 2000 people with live performances and great DJ sets. But fast becoming a favourite in Antalya is Aura, which welcomes 3000 inside for some of the biggest anthems, since opening in 2002. Large crowds emerge here for a night of busting moves on the dancefloor.
Just as popular with the locals are the trendy duo of Inferno and Ally’s. The latter sets the mood with a nice atmosphere as the people flood in while Inferno is an upmarket club packed to the rafters with ravers.
If you tend to steer away from heavy hitting club tunes, then you’ll love the Jolly Joker for the best rock classics and themed event nights. A real mixture of bars – including British themed bars and shot bars – should peak your interest before heading to the clubs.
Lara Beach nightlife is literally what you make of it. If you just want a quiet drink after your meal, there’s plenty of bars around Lara Beach that will be great for relaxing with a cocktail. The few clubs that are available exist locally in the hotels dotted around the resort.
For a much livelier experience, Antalya will definitely leave you wanting more. While Belek caters more to those wanting to unwind and let their hair down after a game of golf, Antalya will no doubt thrill any party seekers on the south coast. A number of clubs offer variety for a fun night out on the town.
