The Ancient City Of Perge Turkey image

Be in awe of the well preserved, Roman ruins which date back to 1300BC and the huge amphitheater that sat 14,000 people. See the remains of the Roman temple, old school buildings, baths and the magnificent entrance that once stood guarding this great city.

Take a guided tour to discover interesting facts about the life of its residents and the fascinating method of water drainage throughout the city. This impressive ancient city is said to have unique qualities that differ from others like Ephesus near Selçuk and Troy near Çannakale.

If you look close enough, you can see beautiful stone statues, elaborate carvings and marble reliefs that once decorated the area.
