“I wouldn't recommened this hotel”

I wouldn't recommend this hotel och the place at all. Please be careful. We didn't feel welcome at all here. Don't use the doctor service at the hotel, they will charge you huge amounts and tell you need to get it back from your insurance. If you travel with Ving - they wouldn't help you out here at all. They tell all info is in their page so it's up to yourself, so don't book this hotel with Ving. The music in the hotels pool area is very loud and the head street with a lot of traffic is also close , so if you thought you should relax at the pool - choose another hotel in another place. Unfortunately it was the worst place to have a vacation on ever.

“Animation”

One of the biggest reasons we had such a wonderful holiday was the animation team, especially Görkem. He is honestly one of the best entertainers I have ever met. He has made my holidays so special, and every time I come back, I enjoy it even more. I already knew him from previous holidays, but this last holiday was particularly special. His energy, kindness and positive attitude make such a huge difference. He is someone you still remember fondly even after returning home. Thank you, Görkem, for making my holidays unforgettable. I truly hope to see you again next season!

“Average”

Hotel is clean and the rooms are sound. Will just do a list of pros and cons. Cons: - location isnt great, beach is a 10 mins walk which you access through a smelly under pass -There is some shops over that side of the road but not great. - selection of food is small and very samey, suits some people. - the hotel pools and outside area is very small, the pictures make it look larger. - no HEATED pools, not even the indoor one is heated. - rooms could do with a refurb Pros: - rooms and hotel grounds are clean - house keeping does a great job - hotel staff seem nice and friendly - choice of drinks are varied - beers Tuborg gold and selection of spirits which will accommodate all. You can also pay for premium drinks and cocktails - ice lollies are free and plentiful - adults only pool and bar was chilled and seemed nice

“Return Trip”

Just back from another 2 week stay at the amazing Numa Konaktepe. We are a family of 4 with a disabled child and have returned to this wonderful hotel time and time again. The staff cannot do enough for you and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is cleaned to a fantastic standard and the rooms and surroundings of the pools and bar etc are fantastic. The food is delicious and there is always something fresh and tasty to have each day. We want to extend our thanks to the staff that make such a special effort with our family to ensure we always have the best time Ozcan for your kindness and always taking the time to check on us Ercan in the restaurant who was truly wonderful with our son Baris and Yusef in the day at the pool We’re truly wonderful Isa, Hakan and Aydin who made our holiday showing such care to us all and ensuring we had so much fun everyday Thankyou to you all !! This hotel is fabulous for a family holiday with wonderful pools and entertainment, we love it here like home from home! See you all next year cannot wait to return x
