“Impressive hotel in scenic location”

We had a fantastic stay at Lujo and would definitely consider returning. The room was very comfortable and we really liked the dressing and storage area which kept everything tidy and out of sight. Because we stayed in October not all the restaurants were open and we found the food occasionally didn’t quite meet the five star expectation. However, the cakes and ice cream at the patisserie and the chocolates & service at cafe Luz were outstanding! We tried the spa and really enjoyed the massages and relaxation area. The branded drinks and cocktails were excellent and staff were always on hand to top up our glasses. We found all the staff to be very helpful and friendly with the exception of the Chinese bar tender at GUGU who was more interested in being on his phone than serving customers! The ability to order drinks from the app at GUGU beach bar would have been a good option, had it been available. Liked that drinks were served in proper glasses at pool & beach instead of plastic. Even though the beach was quiet people still felt the need to reserve ‘front row’ sun loungers! Why? The beach is lovely with crystal clear water, albeit a bit colder than we had expected. Gentle music is played here up till about 2 pm, at which point the volume is significantly cranked up - at times a little too loud for comfort, for anyone over the age of 30… We decided to pay for a late checkout and only discovered afterwards that there is a comfort lounge with good shower facilities available for people having a late flight home - maybe next time! Overall a great holiday even tho it was nearing the end of season. Super staff who all work very hard. Housekeeping and cleaning standards were exceptional. There’s not a lot to do in the vicinity of the hotel, unless you hire a car, but to be honest you need go no further if only on a week stay.

An Unforgettable Family Holiday at Lujo Bodrum! ❤️ We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the entire Lujo Bodrum team for an absolutely wonderful and unforgettable holiday! From the very first moment, we felt truly welcomed, cared for, and special. Everything was exceptional, and every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The beautiful hotel, wonderful atmosphere, outstanding service, and incredible hospitality made our stay truly memorable. The food was absolutely delicious! We were impressed by the quality, variety, and presentation of every meal. Dining at Lujo was a wonderful experience in itself. We also have to give a special mention to the fantastic Kids Club! Our children absolutely loved it. They were happy, entertained, and so well looked after by the wonderful staff. As every parent knows, when the kids are happy, the parents can truly relax and enjoy their holiday too! Knowing that our children were having such a great time and were in such good hands made our stay even more enjoyable. A very special thank you goes to our amazing personal assistant, Sena. She was always available by phone, incredibly kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. She made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our entire stay. Her warmth, dedication, and professionalism truly made a difference, and we are so grateful for everything she did for us. Our whole family had the most wonderful time. We felt relaxed, happy, and exceptionally well taken care of from beginning to end. Thank you, Lujo Bodrum, for creating such beautiful memories for our family. We truly loved every moment and cannot wait to come back! We wholeheartedly recommend Lujo Bodrum to anyone looking for an exceptional family holiday. It is a truly special place! ❤️

“Luxury, Exceptional Service & Incredible Food – With a Few Minor Setbacks”

The luxury experience began before we even arrived at the hotel, with complimentary luxury vehicle transfers for both our arrival and departure. It was such a lovely touch and set the tone for the stay from the very beginning, making the journey to and from the resort feel seamless, comfortable and special. Our Joy Advisors, Aisylu and Darya, were fantastic throughout our stay. No request was ever too big or too small, and communication was excellent from start to finish. They were attentive, responsive and always happy to help, which really added to our overall experience. As we visited out of season, a few of the restaurants were beginning to close, but this certainly didn’t take away from our experience, as we enjoyed some of the best food during our stay. A particular highlight was Alarga Seafood Restaurant, the first restaurant we visited upon arrival. Can’s hospitality really set the bar from the very beginning. His pleasant demeanour, attentiveness and excellent recommendations made for a wonderful first dining experience. We also visited the spa for the Oriental Bliss Retreat, and the hammam was one of the best I’ve experienced. The overall treatment was lovely, although I did feel the massage was a little rushed. Nevertheless, it was a relaxing experience and a great addition to our stay. Our room was another highlight, particularly the swim-up pool. Having stayed in a handful of swim-up rooms at different hotels, I would say this was one of the best. The pool was exceptionally clean, the outdoor terrace furniture was well maintained, and the housekeeping team did a thorough job of keeping everything spotless. It was clear that attention was paid to the finer details. My only small preference would have been for the heated pools to be a little warmer, but that is purely personal preference. There were, however, a couple of issues worth mentioning. Unfortunately, our shower wasn’t draining properly, which resulted in our room flooding on two occasions and meant we had to move rooms. We were also disturbed by a crying baby in the morning, as the walls are quite thin. We were advised that during the off-season, there isn’t a designated adults-only side of the resort. That is something worth keeping in mind if you’re specifically looking for a quieter, adults-only experience. That said, the team accommodated our request to move rooms almost immediately, which we really appreciated. Despite these hiccups, the service we received throughout our stay was excellent, and the team made a genuine effort to resolve any issues. The combination of attentive service, incredible food, beautiful swim-up accommodation and relaxing spa facilities made for a memorable trip. Overall, I would recommend Lujo to anyone looking for a peaceful escape with a touch of luxury. Although there are a few practical things to bear in mind, the positives certainly stood out for us, and we left with some lovely memories. We would happily consider returning!

“Exceptional Service & Hospitality!”

My sister and I had an absolutely incredible stay at Lujo Bodrum! From the breathtaking views and beautiful atmosphere to the exceptional food and service, everything was beyond amazing! A special shoutout to our wonderful Joy Advisor, Gulshat, who truly made our experience unforgettable! She went above and beyond to ensure we were always taken care of and had the best time. The staff, scenery, restaurants, and overall hospitality were outstanding. I especially loved the coffee bar! ☕❤️ I honestly wish I could live at Lujo! Already dreaming of coming back. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

“Lujo Bodrum: A Stay Worth Repeating”

I stayed at Lujo Bodrum and came away thoroughly impressed. It’s a beautiful property, but what really stood out was how well the food, service and overall experience came together. The à la carte all-inclusive concept was a particular highlight. It made dining feel like a proper restaurant experience, with good food and the freedom to enjoy meals without constantly thinking about the bill. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and service was consistently quick. That combination made the stay feel easy and relaxed—the kind of holiday where you can genuinely switch off. Lujo left a very positive impression, and I’d happily return.
