Located in Sousse between the white sands and crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea. Situated by the beach, 600 m from a shopping mall, 4 km from the center of Sousse and 7 km from Port of Sousse.
Facilities and services include restaurant, bar, indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, children's pool, tennis court, sauna, elevator, gym, Hamman, spa treatments (extra charge), wireless Internet access and 24-hour reception.

Rooms feature air conditioning, TV, telephone, bathroom, hairdryer, balcony/terrace and wireless Internet access.

In case of choosing the option of all inclusive:
The All Inclusive-concept includes all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks) and mealtime drinks such as soft drinks, beer, wine, water and alcoholic drinks, all of local brands.
Drinks are served from morning until late evening (approx until 22.-24.00 hrs).
Opening times vary between different hotels.
In certain hotels the activities program is also included.
