IMPORTANT! The keys will be collected at the Fincas Benidorm Office (Av. Madrid, 23) from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:30 to 19:00 and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 13:00.
Outside these hours, on Sundays and bank holidays the keys will be collected at Alpha Apartments (reception open 24h), address: Calle kennedy, 8 next to Tommy's Bar.

Note: Clients will need to pay a deposit on arrival.
Note: Change of linen and towels and cleaning is one time per week but only per stays with minimum 10 nights.
