“Pleasant stay though need a kick at reception desk”
We stayed for 3 nights at Bonanza Playa. The location was good with a bus stop right outside to go to Palma and it was only a couple of euro for the trip. Room was on 4th floor. Nice enough but shower area could do with some maintenance where mould in sealant. Big breakfast buffet with something for everyone. We enjoyed the adults infinity pool area. Crazy golf at the Bonanza Park was fun. Our negatives Check in and out took ages as lack of staff on desk 18 euro a day to park and good luck if you have a large vehicle to manoeuvre in their garage.

“Excellent Food, Wonderful Service, and a Relaxing Stay”
We recently stayed at Bonanza Palace Hotel in Palma, and it was a genuinely enjoyable experience from start to finish. The food was consistently delicious, with plenty of variety and great quality throughout our stay. The service was another standout — staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the whole atmosphere feel welcoming and relaxed. The facilities are excellent, offering everything you need for a comfortable and easy holiday. Whether relaxing by the pool or enjoying the shared spaces, everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully designed. Our only small suggestion would be for the hotel to consider providing water at dinner, which would make the dining experience even smoother. Travel Tip: Make sure to take advantage of the Number 4 bus — it’s a convenient and reliable way to get around Palma, especially for quick trips into the city. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food, great service, and a peaceful break in Palma.

“Great for a relaxing stay”
First time staying but won’t be our last. Hotel is in a quiet residential area and close to a couple of restaurants and bars. Our room was on the 9th floor with great sea views. Very clean bathroom with separate shower and bed was very comfortable. There was a great selection on offer at breakfast, staff are friendly and helpful. Very large pool area with a separate adult only area also. We did not encounter any sunbed wars at any point during our stay.

“service review”
My friend and I stayed at your hotel from 21 to 24 August, and I would like to share some feedback regarding our experience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and the food was very good. However, we experienced an issue with housekeeping entering our room on several occasions while we were inside. On the day of check-out, housekeeping entered the room at approximately 8:00 a.m. while we were still asleep. I am unsure whether they knocked before entering, as we were sleeping at the time, but unfortunately, this was not the first time it happened during our stay. We only displayed the “Please Clean the Room” sign when we were not in the room, so we did not expect housekeeping to enter while we were inside, particularly so early on the morning of check-out. We believe staff should always knock clearly and wait for a response before entering an occupied room, most times, they knock once and enter straight away without even waiting for a response. I would also suggest that a little more attention could be given to the general cleanliness of the rooms. We appreciate that, given the location and the amount of sand brought in from the beach, it can be difficult to keep everything spotless, so we would not make a formal complaint about this. Nevertheless, some improvement would make the experience even better. We wanted to bring these points to your attention so they can be addressed with the housekeeping team. Aside from these issues, we had an enjoyable stay.

“Very good option”
The hotel is a very good option, with a beautiful beachfront location and several access points to the sea. There is a small beach area, although most of the coastline consists of rocky areas. The hotel also has a large outdoor swimming pool and an indoor pool. The sauna is excellent, and the gym is very well equipped, although it would be even better if it were open 24 hours. There is a limited amount of parking available in the hotel building, as well as a public parking lot nearby. The breakfast is excellent—one of the best I have ever had. The rooms are a very good size, and many offer beautiful sea views. The hotel’s design is somewhat dated, but overall it remains a very good option and offers plenty of amenities. One important thing to mention, however, is the noise. We stayed for three nights, and there was a loud party by the pool every evening. The music could interfere with your sleep, particularly if your room faces the pool. Overall, it is a very good hotel with an excellent location, fantastic breakfast, great facilities, and spacious rooms. Just be aware that the evening pool parties can be quite noisy.
