“No customer service, unhelpful staff, unclean, felt unsafe”

Awful hotel. Staff are unhelpful, the rooms are not clean. Think it’s acceptable to not inform guests the hotel closes whilst we are here. Staff do not care about customer service. Ignore the promotion video as it is not like that at all. Food is awful aswell. Staff cheering doing drinks as the hotel is closing whilst guests are still there. By no way is this 4 star very basic 3 star at best. Security are absolutely useless.

“Fantastic Hotel - Would Definitely Stay Again!”

We have just spent three wonderful days at this hotel and thought it was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and there were always plenty of housekeeping staff around keeping everything spotless and well maintained. The lobby is spacious, comfortable and air-conditioned. Our room was very clean, everything worked perfectly, and the beds were comfortable, although the pillows were a little high for my liking! The pool area is lovely, with plenty of sun loungers and a great pool, although it is quite deep. The location is excellent, right on the waterfront with beautiful sea views. Although there isn’t a beach, you can enjoy a lovely walk along the water to nearby bars and restaurants. We also took the water taxi into Ibiza Town, which cost €10 and took around 20 minutes – a really lovely experience! We only had breakfast included, but thought it was brilliant, with plenty of choice. Overall, a fantastic stay with wonderful staff, great facilities and a beautiful location. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

“Not what it advertises as.”

From start to finish this long weekend stay in this hotel was a disaster- when we arrived late in the evening our room stank so badly of sewage we asked to be moved- but we were told on numerous occasions that no other room was available, eventually another was found. It had no smell but the bins weren't emptied and there was hair all over the bathroom floor!! The staff on the whole were very unhelpful and rude except for one guy who we met on the way to breakfast every morning. The drinks and food fell way short of their advertised star rating . While we were there ,there was a major storm, the rain flowed into the dining area via the light fittings- an electrocution hazard and the lobby resembled a water park. Our room ,which had 3 of us sharing had 3 single beds pushed together- there was barely enough room to get around them - the picture was taken from the balcony as you couldn't get enough room to take a photo in the room. Definitely a tight squeeze as a double room and certainly not a triple. I would advise anyone thinking of staying here to avoid and spend your money elsewhere.

“Friends disappointed break away here”

This hotel is only a 2 star, room v basic, not v clean. Pillows v hard and no covers on duvets. Staff , especially in bar v rude and don’t enjoy their job by their behaviour. All inclusive drinks v poor quality, plastic glasses which we have to return and receive a token . This token idea is so unhygienic , god knows whose hands or pockets they were in and are passed on from person to person. Would not return or recommend this hotel to anyone. V disappointed 😞

“Terribly Misleading photos on website- do not stay here !!!!!”

This hotel is very misleading, I booked it with friends for a long weekend. We arrived late 1st receptionist was nice Then we went up to our room and the minute I took the first step into the room it I smelled damp and sewage dreadful!! We called down to receptionist and a lady answered said they had nothing else etc and this went over and back I explained this was unhealthy and not safe to sleep in - so she sent security up with a bottle of bleach spray !! We met him at the door with our suitcase and said no we were going back down , Met Bianca the lady receptionist, she said they had just changed shift and it’s no wonder she didn’t work during the day as I’m sure you would have no guests at all. She was so rude and unprofessional. We were calm and just said we were not taking that room as it was unsafe to sleep in, and she said there were no other room and this went over and back fur a while .. Long story short another gentleman in reception helped us and said if we could wait a few minutes they would sort out something. And they did get us another room. This was after 12 At night at this stage so the room didn’t smell and was a little better than sleep on the street at that stage , but this room was filthy !! Long hairs all over the floor , bins still had someone else’s rubbish!! We were 3 friends and the room was tiny nothing like was photos are advertised. Even as the days went on our room was still not cleaned properly the bathroom was dirty and the soap bottle was never refilled, and hairs everywhere that were not ours ! Room very old our bathroom door wouldn’t close and there was rust Pool was very cramped and the nice beds and bar that you see on the hotel photos have to be paid for so not included in all inclusive. The food was only ok , yes a selection but nothing gluten free. At lunch you had to Que to get even soft drinks there was a machine but it was manned by staff , even to get water you had to Q ! Reception area was airy and nice couches but when it rained the water came through the roof. On this day I couldn’t understand that management would not have anticipated the weather and had some of the large reception area set for breakfast too. A lot of staff seemed to be cross and must have been under pressure and not liked their jobs. Diego was one of the really nice positive staff members : you are very good Diego but you should be working in a better hotel you are wasted here. Located right on the beach. So it might look inviting from there but it’s not when you get in. I understand that this hotel seems to be a chain but this must be the very last link in the chain as very little money has been spent especially on the bed room, in the last few yrs . I could go on for longer but when you book a holiday and everyone looks forward to it soo much this really takes the good out of it. I will never stay here again and would not recommend anyone to go here.
