Located 1400 m from the beach, near the small fishing village of Siampieri and the famous Marina di Ragusa, characterized by a fine white sandy beach. It is only 3 km from Fornace Penna, and 43 km from Ragusa city. The nearest airport, Comiso airport, is located 55 kilometers away from the property. The Catania-Fontanarossa Airport, also known as Vincenzo Bellini Airport, is located 125 kilometers away.
The facility is about 1400 mt from its beautiful private beach and is characterized by the
fine golden sand, with dunes typical of the Val di Noto coastline. The beach is
equipped with free sunbeds and umbrellas. Beach towel included and eco tax for change; the
tax will be collected and donated to eco-sustainable initiatives described on site.
Shared powerbank station available to Guests. The beach can be reached by a walk through a natural green area or by a free, convenient and efficient shuttle service about every 10 minutes from 09.00 am to 7 p.m.

Inside the resort, the Thalasso Space is a large space dedicated to wellness and relaxation in
a panoramic area, between sea, sun and nature, where water is the protagonist; it presents in its
inside a pool consisting of several pools with heated salt water at different
gradation and Kneipp paths with water jets to massage and relax every part of the
body. At sunset there is the possibility of requesting a dedicated Happy Hour, having the area at
available.
In the same area, in a reserved area, two gazebos where you can enjoy body treatments and
massages en plein air or alternatively by the sea (paid services).
The Thalasso Space is accessible for a fee (€ 12.00 per person); access is not allowed
to children under the age of 12.

CONGRESS: A 200 sq. m. main hall offers the possibility of holding meetings and business meetings
for up to 150 delegates, theater setup. In addition to the Main Hall a theater
outdoors, the Xenia, with 400 seats. It is possible to rent the theater space for conventions,
