The hotel is situated in Lagana, one of the most popular and beautiful tourist resorts in Zakynthos. Time to spend some money on beds. . Location is superb food is average beds awful, creaky and dated Located right on Laganas beach and close to several great tavernas and bars. Far enough away from the “strip” but close enough to walk if you fancy having it large.

This is a hotel, which gives you much more than you expect. 10/10 atmosphere, beach, pool, room and food. I was a little bit worried before we arrived since it's "only" a 3 star one. But to be honest we had the best holiday of our lives there!!! Staff is superb helphul, alwys asking if evertyhing is fine. Can't complain, great view from our room to the beach. Pretty clean rooms and incredibly nice cleaning ladies!! The luchis ok, breakfast and dinner is perfect. Good pool area, ideal for families, friends and even couples as well. The center is so close we went thre every single night.

Honest review from my experience. I'll start with the good bits (shouldn't take long!). - Good location for airport and Laganas strip. - Rooms nice and clean. Good air-con - Reception staff helpful - Food was OK. Usual all inclusive variety. - Very CoVid safe. The not so good bits: - Waiting staff were pretty terrible. Leaning over you and taking your plates before you had finished sometimes, like a hungry seagull on Newquay beach. Also struggled to speak to you. I think we may have got a grunt on a couple of occasions. I don't need them to be my best friend as I have plenty but a good morning would have been enough. - A couple of the bar staff were OK but you really needed to be a young lady under 25 to get any interaction from most of them. In fact when the shutters came down at bang on 11 I watched them turn two guys away but then beckon 2 young ladies around the side of the bar to serve them. When you do get served they slam them down in front of you with a bit of a grimace. - The beer and wine is pretty poor. I should know i've drank enough over the years. Also 200ml plastic cups. Plus the "cocktails" which are really a shot of spirit topped up with some sugary syrup, soft drink and colouring. - Sunbeds. Not enough for the number of people at the hotel. We were up at 0630 one morning so decided to walk the beach. 3 sunbeds left as the others had all been taken. Also evening seating area. Not enough. People were sitting on sunbeds. - WiFi. Paid 20 euros and didn't work. Spoke to the Rep who actually laughed and said "Yes. It's pretty poor isn't it?". Even Dick Turpin wore a mask. - Stray cats in the restaurant (not the band!). Just roaming around. Getting on the tables when people were eating. Although you do get a right telling off if you forget to put your gloves on in the restaurant. - Toilet area around the pool. Doors don't lock and pretty dirty.
