General description:
The hotel Charmillion Gardens Aqua Park is situated approx. 400 m from the hotel´s own sandy/rocky beach. At the beach, there are sun umbrellas and sun loungers free of charge available. The tourist centre is about 20 km away. The town Cairo is around 500 km away. The nearest shopping facilities are located approx. 7 km from the hotel. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 25 km away. The airport (SSH) is approx. 35 km away. The hotel and airport are linked by a shuttle (for a fee).

Recently renovated in 2020, the 2-storey resort has 180 rooms, and spread over one main building and 4 adjoining buildings. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, an air conditioning, a safe (for free), a coiffeur, a mini market, various other shops, a parking area (for free) as well as a money changing facility. For the meals, there is a restaurant (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. In a total 3 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi is available for free. Room cleaning is free of charge. Room service, laundry service and medical service are available for a fee.

Pool:
In the outdoor area of the hotel you will find 2 fresh water pools with a separate children´s pool. Here, there are sun umbrellas and sun loungers for free available. At the pool bar you can get refreshing beverages (open from 10:00 - 17:00).
