Spread between buildings, this complex consists of 36 apartments. Guests may make use of the foyer with 24-hour reception desk, a hotel safe, a currency exchange counter, lifts, a cloakroom and café. There is also a bar, a , a public Internet terminal and an air-conditioned SET MENU  restaurant (with highchairs for children) available for use. A car park and garage facilities are available for those arriving by car as well as a bicycle storage room for cyclists. Room and medical services round off the facilities on offer. 

Fittings include an en suite bathroom, a combined living room/bedroom, a direct dial telephone, a fridge, a FREE OF CHARGEsafe, a kitchenette, an Internet connection ONLY IN PUBLIC AREAS , central heating and air conditioning (at an additional fee). Additionally, road and mountain bikes can be hired. The nearest golf course is about 10 km away.
