Brown Beach House hotel is only 1 minute walk from the beach, only 800m from the UNESCO listed old town Trogir and only 5500m from international Split airport. Hotel guests can enjoy a swimming pool with sun terrace set right next to the sea, on site a la carte restaurant and have drinks at the poolside bar. Free WiFi and private parking are available for all guests free of charge. Hotel was opened in summer 2016. Brown Beach House occupies a former tobacco shipment station Duhanka which was transformed into a beautifull boutique hotel by designer Saar Zafrir. Hotel features 44 extra spacious and fully equipped rooms and suites, outdoor infinity pool and sun deck overlooking the Adriatic sea, Cartina - contemporary mediterranean restaurant, elegant spaces for private events etc. Hotels offers beautiful spa&wellness area with sauna, turkish sauna, jacuzzi, indoor pool, gym and relax area to all the guests.

A perfect stay in Trogir

From start to finish our stay was made perfect by all the staff at Brown Beach House. The hotel is kept immaculate and I noticed it was constantly being maintained throughout our weeklong stay. The pool and spa areas are magnificent and offer a real touch of luxury. The breakfast was perfect every day we were there, with fresh fruit, pastries, cereals, selection of à la carte dishes and drinks. The pool area has constant bar and food service and plenty of available beds. The beach is a stones throw away and has a private area for hotel guests with beds and towels, plus a nice beach bar that plays music. We rented a car in the local area and the hotel has plenty of free onsite parking to keep overnight/during the day. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our trip and I'd be happy to return to this hotel!

The hotel is already noticeable at night when crossing the bridge. It is very comrotable, the rooms are very nice. The whole common area has nothing of a mass hall but very individually decorated. One feels very comfortable here. The SPA is not very big but offers everything you need in terms of standard. The staff is very friendly and helpful. View depending on room location very great. There are also great rooms with their own whirlpool. The walk to the old town takes about 10 minutes. We will come again.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service! Definitely one of the highlights of Croatian hospitality.

Absolutely fantastic! Just 5 minutes walking distance from Trogir city center, super comfortable rooms, delicious food and amazing service. We stayed here for a week with friends and family. Everyone enjoyed it so much! Thank you Maja and the team, you made our special weekend so wonderful, way beyond our expectations ❤️
