Villa Eugenia 4 * is a modern boutique hotel located on the beautiful coast of Kvarner, near beautiful beaches. Its position is an ideal starting point for exploring the historic core of the old town of Lovran and its surroundings, an oasis of luxury to escape from everyday worries and stress, but also an excellent choice for a business stay.

The hotel was built in the Art Nouveau style back in the year 1910 for a representative of the Austro-Hungarian aristocracy and was completely renovated in 2003, according to the highest standards of modern hospitality.

Access to the hotel is provided from two sides: the main entrance through the Mediterranean garden, and the side entrance from the parking lot, which with 18 parking spaces corresponds to the accommodation capacity of the building.

The hotel has 15 comfortable rooms on 3 floors, with an average size of 30 m2, accessible by elevator. Guests can spend their stay in luxurious rooms with a balcony or terrace, several of which overlook the idyllic landscape of Kvarner Bay. For fans of the starry sky, there are standard rooms with skylights. Each room of Villa Eugenie meets the 4 * standard and is equipped with a double bed, bathroom with shower or bathtub, air conditioning, hairdryer, smart LCD TV, telephone, safe, minibar, adjustable lighting fixtures and table and chair. Free WIFI is available throughout the hotel.
