Cayo Coco is linked to the main island of Cuba via a 27km stone causeway. When you travel along this causeway from Cayo Coco, the first big city you come to is Morón. If you're after some authentic Cuban hustle and bustle, Morón is a great place to visit. You can head to Morón yourself and soak up the atmosphere, impressive architecture and classic cars in your own time.

It's also a great place to pick up some souvenirs to take home with you. Alternatively, you can book on an excursion to Morón and tie it in with visits to the local sugar mill, a cigar factory or the nearby crocodile farm.
