Bahia Pollensa is set in a quiet area a short stroll from the beach at Puerto Pollensa, a resort on the north coast of Majorca. The hotel has a sun terrace, two connected outdoor swimming pools, and a separate, shallower pool for children. There's also a poolside bar serving refreshments during the day. The hotel has a restaurant offering a range of cuisine, and puts on family entertainment in the evenings. All the rooms have a balcony or terrace where you can relax and enjoy the view. The hotel also has lockable storage for bikes, in case you want to hire one. There's Wi-Fi in all public areas, and reception is open 24 hours a day. A small shop on site provides last-minute holiday essentials. There are more shops, bars and restaurants in the resort centre, which is within walking distance. A stroll along the coastal Pine Walk offers views across the bay, and hikers might enjoy a wander through the remote coves of Boquer Valley. The town of Pollensa has a main square lined with cafÈs and bars, and is set in the shade of the Santuari del Puig de Maria, a mountain-top monastery offering views across the sea.
The hotel is 300m away from Puerto Pollensa Beach, and 1.7km away from the centre of Puerto Pollensa. The main town of Pollensa is a short drive away. From Bahia Pollensa, you can explore other parts of northern Majorca. The resorts of Alcudia and Cala San Vicente are a short drive from the hotel. Alcudia is famous for its harbour, which is a starting point for boat trips to Menorca and Barcelona, as well as its long, sandy beach, Playa de Alcudia. Cala San Vicente is a quiet, traditional Majorcan village close to the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, which is popular with walkers.
The hotel has its own restaurant where you can enjoy a buffet at breakfast and dinner. At lunchtime, a buffet is also prepared and there's a traditional menu to choose from, too. Bahia Pollensa has both an indoor and an outdoor bar serving drinks.
There's a playground where younger guests can make new friends. They can also use the children's pool, and there are highchairs in the restaurant. The hotel staff arranges activities for both kids and adults and evening entertainment.
The hotel has two connected pools and a kids' pool. The hotel also has a newchill out lounge with bali beds.
The rooms have a TV with satellite channels. Air conditioning is available during the summer months. Rooms have a kitchenette with cooking equipment and a dining area.

A good find, with the friendliest staff.
I'll start by saying I wouldn't normally pick a 3 star hotel, simply because they can sometimes be a bit hit and Miss. This was a last minute booking, with limited availability in the area, so we gave this place a chance. This is a very good 3 star hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are basic, but immaculately clean, the same with the rest of the hotel. Our mattress was very firm, So we asked at reception if they could provide a mattress topper and a lovely soft one was put on the bed that day which was appreciated. We stayed b&b and had one evening meal at the hotel, the food is of a good standard and plentiful. The hotel is a lovely 20 minute walk to the main harbour, which for us was perfect. We stayed in a premium apartment with access to a small pool solely for premium apartment use, which was a nice touch. It's not a luxury hotel, but you get what you pay for. Considering this, it is excellent value for money and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and therefore would certainly recommend.
Perfect!
I'm just home from a perfect stay at Bahia! I was in Studio 230 which was fabulous for my needs travelling alone. Had everything In needed to cook. Well stocked appliances. Apart a very odd corkscrew! The guy on reception the evening I had my cork panic was great! He marched me to the bar to open my wine! Saved! Gracias! I bought a corkscrew that works and left it for the next tenants. This studio has a lovely view of the pool and gets the sun all day! All the staff are friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. The studio was cleaned and fresh towels ! Bit of a hike into town (a 35 minute slow ramble) but location highly recommended!! Walk your lunch off! Lovely shower room for late check out. Muchas Gracias to all of you at Bahia! You made my stay perfect. Didn't want to leave. I will return! (you had my surname as Caulfield - just in case the Moriarty was confusing)
Thank you for making us very welcome again
Thank you to Rosa, Marianne, Alex and all the team for being so welcoming, friendly and helpful during our stay. We were delighted to be upgraded to a larger room but asked to move because of a noisy generator keeping us awake at night but were very happy when we were moved to a lovely pool view apartment. The people who work at the hotel are so lovely and friendly, great food and pool area. We would have liked more evening entertainment and would have preferred prior warning of the cycling group dominating the hotel because it was extremely noisy in the restaurant and bar areas and felt it was unfair on other holiday makers to be amongst this during their holiday. Thank you all for making our second visit so nice, hope to see you again soon. Linda and David
