Sleep Quality
You get what you pay for.. very poor.
Stayed for 5 nights with a friend last week. Hotel looks nice from the outside, no problems with check in was pleasant. Had bag stolen by the pool on day 2, reported to reception (bag contained money, passport, bank cards) and was informed that it will probably be returned once the money had been stolen. The following day bag returned to reception with passport in and nothing else. Not sure how often this happens if staff were so blasé? Room key was also in bag and were told we could not be given another so for 24 hours we had to be let into our room by staff. Asked to move rooms and someone had clearly stolen our room key and was fobbed off and not moved. That didn’t sit well with us. Albeit after bag being returned and no more stress of a stolen passport, we ate out after day 1. Food very poor quality. If we did eat in hotel it was chips cheese and bread. Entertainment day time very repetitive. Wouldn’t really recommend. Observed plenty of complaints being made also by other guests. Would avoid
Honest review
After a nightmare journey arriving 24 hours late due to Ryanair cancelling our flight I was dreading the check in after reading some reviews but Mauricio on reception was fantastic and checked us in in no time at all. This was our 7th visit to the hotel but our 1st since 2015, The hotel is clean and nicely presented and the pools are very nice, The entertainment staff are great and there is lots to do during the day and some good night time entertainment, one thing we did notice was the cut backs at the hotel mainly in staff numbers the cleaners and restaurant staff in particular although they do a great job it is uncomfortable to watch at times it seems the owners are putting profit above everything which is never a good thing. The food is basic 3* food it’s not fine dining by any means but there is always something to eat no matter how fussy you are,. The one cup system works well in keeping the floors clean and the wasps away but it’s a pain having to queue to get a clean cup behind people getting drinks ,Rooms are basic but clean and tidy , one of my biggest gripes is the sun beds are awful they are the very old style that do not recline if you don’t suffer with a bad back 10 minutes on these and you will but the biggest problem is the personal touch at the hotel seems to be gone and although we enjoyed our stay the heart of the hotel seems to be missing.
Good Value All-Inclusive and Very Clean
If you’re looking for a good value all-inclusive holiday then this would suit you. While not gourmet standard the food is good, there are a wide variant of salads, fruits and breads as well as plenty of choice for main courses and deserts. The restaurant staff were efficient at turning over tables, with fresh table cloths after each use and there was no queues for tables. There is a full program of activities which is geared towards adults and young children. The activities team worked very hard throughout the day to make the holiday enjoyable for all, a big shout out to Mia in particular. All parts of the complex including the pools are wheelchair friendly. There is no shortage of Sun loungers no matter how busy it was. The hotel complex is very clean, apartment was cleaned daily but had to repeatedly ask for enough towels. Check-in at reception was excessively prolonged (six in line and took well over an hour to check-in) but the receptionist was very friendly. The apartment was air-conditioned but it’s not obvious how to turn it on (balcony doors need to be closed tight).
