How do I check-in for my TUI flight?

You’ll find the link to the TUI website below, but you may want to read our check-in guide first.
Before you get started, make sure you have the following handy:
- Your flight reference from your invoice/confirmation. This is not your Thomas Cook booking reference and can be found on the ‘flights’ section of your Thomas Cook invoice labelled ‘airline reference’ or ‘flight booking number’ (see the examples below). If you're having trouble using your airline reference on the airline’s website, please double-check you’re using the right numbers.
Or:
-
Your passport details
You can check in from 48 hours to 6 hours before departure.
Online check-in might not be available for your return flight, in which case head to the TUI Airways check-in desk where your outbound boarding card will be printed for you. Please don't worry!
Check in
- Go to the TUI website using the link below. You should see the ‘Find your booking’ page
- Enter your 'Booking reference’ (this is your ‘Airline reference’ as shown above), your surname, travel date, and ‘holiday type’, which is ‘TUI’
- Click on ‘online check-in’
- Add your passport details
- Add any flight extras (you’ll pay for these on TUI’s website)
- Print or download your boarding card
- You can also book your seats before check-in – just click on the ‘Select your seat’ section shown above
If online check-in is available for your flight home, remember to do that too!
